A time when the wheel turns once more\, inviting us into reflection\, into presence\, and into harmony with the natural world. \nAs day and night stand in perfect equilibrium\, we too are called to find balance within. To honour all that we have gathered\, experienced and become\, and to gently release what is no longer ours to carry. \nIn this sacred threshold\, we turn towards the elements – earth beneath our feet\, air upon our breath\, fire within our hearts\, and water flowing through our emotions\, remembering our connection to the living world around and within us. \nTogether\, we’ll call upon the grounding presence of the Goddess\, ancient Mother and guardian of the land. Rooted in the wisdom of the earth and the turning seasons\, she guides us to soften\, to listen\, and to trust in the quiet power of surrender. Through the steady beat of the drum\, we enter a meditative and healing space where each woman is honoured and heard. \nWe hold these circles with deep reverence for the ancient wisdom passed down by our ancestors\, creating a sacred container that allows for growth\, empowerment\, and healing. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				At the heart of our drum circles is the powerful energy of sisterhood. Through laughter\, shared experiences\, and the rhythm of the drums\, we create bonds that transcend the everyday and help each woman feel seen\, valued\, and supported. \nNo previous drumming experience is needed; whether you are new to drumming or a seasoned drummer\, every woman is welcome. We drum to heal ourselves\, to empower our spirits\, and to remind one another of the strength and beauty we all carry. \nPlease bring your own drum or musical instrument\, I will have spares if you do not own one. \nThe Power of the Drum\nDrumming has long been used in sacred and healing rituals across cultures.
