Many people have been asking me questions about a beginners yoga class, and saying that they have wanted to try yoga but feel nervous/scared etc.

I understand. I get it.

I went to my first yoga class many years ago but I remember that feeling – I was nervous and worried. Just general and natural nerves that you get when you try something new and a worry that other people would watch me and I might make a fool of myself or they may see how unflexible I was. (By the way – neither of those happened or were true). I am also reminded of that feeling of nervousness whenever I try out a new class for the first time. So I get it.

I want to encourage you to come along to one of my classes on zoom, actually, this is the best time for you to try out yoga. When the class starts I silence all microphones and that means the only person who will see you is me, and I am either teaching or guiding people so I can assure you I won’t be watching you all the time.. but I would love to see you to help you with alignment.

So come along.

Come and try yoga and see how amazing you feel after.
