Join us for an incredibly powerful weekend, immersed in the nurturing energy of Mother Earth. Our retreat is set within a peaceful woodland nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, resting on the edge of Dedham Vale. Surrounded by breathtaking views and tranquil walks through the Stour Valley, this sacred space offers the perfect opportunity to connect—or reconnect—with your wild, untamed self.
This is a call to all women who feel the whisper of something wild within—a spark that is magical, mysterious, and free. It’s a call to walk barefoot in nature, to kindle fires, beat drums, create magick, heal, howl, and grow. Together, we will rekindle the inner flame through the kinship of the wild feminine, through sisterhood, and through deep connection with Nature.
We all hear the divine feminine stirring within us. Some may have forgotten her name, but she continues to move and inspire us. This retreat is a sacred invitation to gather as sisters, friends, and women to answer that call.

By definition, it’s travel or time away from the normal ebb and flow of life to promote health and well-being through physical, psychological, or spiritual activities. It can also mean stepping away from the busyness of day-to-day life slowing down, relaxing, and unwinding.
Absolutely, of course, we would love you to join us throughout the whole programme but we understand that the whole programme is so varied that all activities may not interest everyone. Bring your partner, even if he/she doesn’t enjoy yoga or walking or fancies a natural spa, as we have so much more on the programme that we will be sure to cater for every person at some point. We also understand that sometimes you just need time to reflect, rest or assimilate – feel free and rejoin us when you are ready.
At the time of booking, if it is 10 weeks before the arrival date, then you pay a deposit of 25% of the total price. This deposit is non-refundable. We require full payment 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat, and you cancel up to 6 weeks before the start date for a refund minus 25% of the total price. No refunds after this time.
Yes, of course, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can cater for you and your needs. All well-being retreats are vegetarian unless stated, the reason for this is because, in yoga philosophy, one of the 8 limbs of yoga is Ahimsa, which means love and non-harming to all beings including animals. So in the spirit of yoga, we will only provide vegetarian food, and we ask all attendees to honour this while on retreat.
