Embrace the Journey Within

Walking with Goddess: A Sacred Ceremony

A Soul Food Sunday journey through the feminine archetypes
Sunday, 21st March 2027 / 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm

There are many faces of the feminine.
The Maiden.
The Mother.
The Wild Woman.
The Crone.
Each holds a different kind of wisdom. Each carries her own medicine, her own lessons and her own invitation. And within us, all of these archetypes exist.

Walking with Goddess is an afternoon of exploring these four feminine archetypes through meditation, spoken word, bodywork, mythology, ritual and sound.
We’ll begin by calling in the four quarters and creating a sacred container for our afternoon together. From here, we’ll journey through the four archetypes, exploring their qualities and connecting with how each one might be experienced within our own lives.

Through guided meditation, spoken word and embodied movement, we’ll meet each archetype not simply as an idea, but as something we can feel and experience within the body.

We’ll then meet a goddess connected to each archetype.

I’ll share the stories, myths and legends surrounding each goddess before we explore the energy she carries and what she might have to teach us.

Discover the Essence of 'Walking with Goddess'

This isn’t about needing to believe in anything.
It is an invitation to explore.

To listen to the stories.
To feel into the archetypes.
To notice what resonates.
To discover which energies are calling you at this point in your life.

Perhaps you’ll recognise yourself in the Maiden, with her sense of possibility and new beginnings.
Perhaps you’re moving through the nurturing, creating energy of the Mother.
Perhaps the Wild Woman is calling you back to your instinct, your freedom and your untamed self.
Or perhaps the wisdom of the Crone is asking you to slow down, turn inward and honour everything you have lived and learned.

And perhaps you’ll discover that you need a little of all four.

An afternoon of story, embodiment & ritual

There will be space to explore, to move, to listen and to share.

We’ll close our afternoon with a sharing circle before surrendering into a deeply nourishing sound journey, allowing everything we have explored to settle into the body.

This is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life.
To connect with yourself. To connect with other women.
To explore the ancient stories and feminine wisdom that have travelled through generations.
And perhaps, most importantly, to meet the different parts of yourself that are always there, waiting to be heard.

Come and walk with Goddess.
